This bothers me more than it should
Ok , so I am very fond of secrets and easter eggs in video games, and when I first saw this while replaying the whole game it caught my attention pretty darn fast .In the mountain level *I think that was the name* when you get to the part where you enter the house with the breakable windows there is something like a vent below the house , and you have to *kinda* parkour your way there to see it.I haven't so far managed to break it open but i have found out that the space inside IS in fact empty , not sure if anything is insidebut if i could get in there somehow or someone managed to break in , please tell me how. Also , if you know any other secret places or things you weren't supposed to find in the game i would be glad to hear about them. :Coool:

Edit: here are some screenshots ,I also have many more screenshots of the game , if you want to ,check them out :

i dont think anything in HFF is Not meant to be found but one thats kinda unkown is on the level "train" there is rubble blocking some doors under the fallen train that you can get into

I found a wall vent thing on the last bit of train that you can jump into and there is a box in the room and its a super dark maze and you can find your way to 2 doors that cant be opened at the end.

Well i just figured out that this is the doors that the other guy was reffering to however the voice over said "It was dark, i could not see anything". Nice little easter egg.

Since nobody posted an answer to this, I'll do my best to explain it for anyone that wants to know.
On the first level (not the tutorial), you'll immediately notice a train that's crashed over a balcony, leaving a mess.
Behind the train, there's a door that a lot of people ignore. This door actually lets you skip half the level. The problem is that, once you enter the door, it's pitch black inside, and a maze. The trick here is to take the lantern off the front of the train, clear the rubble in front of the door, and then use the lantern to guide your way through the maze inside. You'll know you've reached the end when you find a room with a box and a vent. Pull the vent down and hop out to find yourself at the staircase leading up to the second level.

There's nothing really of interest inside the maze itself.

Throughout HFF there are countless easter eggs that are sound/audio related. In the castle level, a friend and I were playing. I had past the part where you had to swing on lanterns and to the part with the huge cart&slab (stone?). I wheeled it under the broken bridge like I was supposed to do, but I went to far and put me and the cart over the edge and into the water. Immediatley we heard a voice say "I'm a good driver" with a british accent. If you can find that, let me know, we thought it was funny.

And to think that I pushed my brother to team up with me so we managed to drop down from the upper platform into the vent, exploring the maze in reverse... Dayum.
...but in the few minutes on this game, we had a great amount of laughs, helping each other drop of the platform and bringing the lantern along.
