PC vs Adroid Multiplayer

I bought this game for myself here on Steam, and I bought it for my daughter on her cell phone, so we can play together, but if I host a game online here I can't find it on her cell phone, and vice versa, does anyone know how I can do it to play together? she on cell phone and me on PC? in the Android version it has a search area (a bit buggy) and if I search for my username in the game I don't find anything. I wait for someone to help me.......

human fall flat is not cross platform, meaning you cant play with other people on different devices. people on pc cannot play with people who use console, phone, etc.

Really, online games that don't allow cross-play should be banned, somehow. How easy is it to use the same servers and serve the same players across platforms? It's either lazy development, bad management or greed.

pc have two different versions, 1 on steam, 2 on appstore (both apple and windows)
now the special thing about the steam version is it is the only human fall flat multiplayer version, so on her cell phone probably android cant connect to different versions, so i think your on the steam version thats why you can host a server, and she cant because the human fall flat version on cellphones/ switch or ps can't be on multiplayer on the global world so they can only connect to the version you brought (android/apple version) so you probably you would need a steam deck or a pc that is capable of running human fall flat.
