how do i get people off me?

so when i play this game with friends when i actually try to play the grab me and mess with me to the point of me rage quitting, is there a way to get them off?

You can always load checkpoint, but that wouldn't stop them from grabbing you again

Playing with friends and throwing each other now and then is most definitely part of the fun. He said he was playing with FRIENDS, not randoms. Although OP ragequitting because of that makes me question whether they're actually friends or not.

Why don't you grab them too and don't let go? If you go, they go too. Or just ride it out, honestly it's pretty fun. If it's too annoying, then why are you even playing with them in the first place?

They ARE my friends and and i play with them because I CHOOSE TO because guess what most of my Xbox friends are a bunch of vulgar 9-13 year olds and i couldn't give -2 crepes about that sh1t because i myself act like them choosing to screw with people but i was just wondering if there was a way to throw players off you.

One method that works well if you have the patience is to just go limp when they grab you. If you go limp every time they grab you and don't interact with them, They get bored pretty quick and leave you alone. I've also found that if you play as a girl character sadly you are more likely to be harassed.
