How can I play multiplayer?

I want to play It in mission mode, not workshop. When I click play button, I only see ‘Local’ and ‘Online’. I don’t see ‘Multiplayer’ button.

What do you think 'Local' and 'Online' is? You can play multiplayer with both. Local means on the same PC, while Online obviously means online multiplayer.

So I want to know why when I finished play the level, it return to the same level not the next level. Thank you

If you are playing Online there is an option to "Lock" the level, this means you cannot proceed to the next level and is to prevent people from speeding through a level and potentially ruining it for other players.
The host of the level has the ability to switch this on and off in their pause menu.

There is also the possibility that you are playing a workshop level, which will just loop on its self once completed.
