Need help with the "Tick Tock" achievement in the level "Dark"

Basically, for this achievement you need to get all the way up to the top of the clock tower in the level "Dark" in 40 seconds to get the achievement, problem is it's near impossible. I've tried just about everything and I can't seem to get the achievement, it's pretty frustrating since it's also the last one I need. I'm almost convinced that it's broken. Anyone have any tips?

It's definitely not broken, as I've done it myself. What I did was I kept reloading from checkpoint whenever I messed up and held space to try to get the maximum speed possible, except for where I had to do jump up places. Just got it as well, restart from checkpoint. spam jump to get a boost through the start area and up the first stairs going around the clock tower. When you get to the bent tree try to jump on it as central as you can, then jump to the next ledge around the corner of the tower. When your jumping through the tower hug the left side you may be able to ride the ledge to the far side. Then you just finish off with more platforming, if the stump is giving you problems at the end grab the stump as you land to stop yourself.

remember to have climbcheat off, i havent tried with it on but idk if it disables achievements or not

It’s broken on multiplayer - try solo and it’s fine

Hugging the left hand side in the jump across through the tower was excellent advice. You can jag a jump off there straight through to the platform through the window. It cut off enough milliseconds for me to get it.

Here is my solution (I dont get the checkpoint at the beginning):
1. Go to the top and get the golden clapper
2. Now jump down and reload the checkpoint (now its working!)
3. Get up to the top again in time and you will get the achievement. (I dont have to go inside the bell-room.)
