More players mod?

Someone correct me if im wrong, is there a mod to allow more players to play together? I might have a bigger group than 8 and if possible we'd like to cause mayhem.

So far as I know there is not such a mod unfortunately.
But it should be somehow possible that two players share a Steam account, because I have seen it in online mode a few times already, that there were two players who looked completely the same and had the same name.
It looked like a player had been cloned by a bug or something.
I then asked here how that comes about and then it was explained to me that it is probably possible that two players can share a Steam Account or something.
But do not ask me now how exactly that works.
I do not quite understand how it works.

not sure If it's still supported by the current version of the game but there is one called Hooman Mod which allows 64 players and low gravity stuff

The max players setting is stored locally, so you can change it to whatever you want.

In Windows, open Registry Editor, go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NoBrakesGames\Human
and find lobbyMaxPlayers_h690133291

Change the value to whatever you want, then start the game, you'll see it.
