Report User for Abusive Chat?

How can we report a user for abusive chat during play?

My 7 year old son was playing this game (loves it!) and another player started using abusive, racist language (Such as "F**K OFF N*****R W***E, YOUR SHIRT IS GIVING ME AIDS").

We used /mute - but players who use abusive language should be reviewed/banned so kids can enjoy playing without (or less) abuse.

It's not just kids playing though, and while I understand where you're coming from. You should know that allowing your child to play *online*, he will be subjected to what happens *online*

Plus banning users because they said a few bad words to a 7 year old, is a bit extreme. Tell him to play local or in a closed session with friends maybe?

Also, just to nitpick, unless he or you are black, using the N term is not racist.
