Undiscovered secret in Water level?

So I saw some rocks I didn't recognize at the start and I went over to investigate and found a cave. This cave, when I finally got into it, Led to a second speed boat and a man saying something like "Better. Stronger. More powerful."

I've never seen anyone mention this, so have I found a new secret?
I'm about to drive the speedboat and see if there's anything else around here.

It just gets you to the other side of the level a different way. It is sort of a bypass, sort of not. You will find many different ways to go through each level.

Hm. Alright. Though I found some other hidden little caves and stuff so i'm gonna go secret hunting on all the levels in freecam mode.

At the place you grab a chain to bind two boat, get up to the top of that water filter pool, and use that tube to get to the (almost) highest part of the chimney, then you can jump and reach there.

update: finally, i was able to reach that cave! unfortunately, i didn't miss out on anything. just a big loop back to the shipwreck from the filter pools. but hey! at least i made it.
