I have a question about the castle level

So I just completed the castle level but something has been bugging me. Above that hole you drop into (above the cave where you find the big boulder) theres a bucket on a string. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it down, or what youre supposed to do with it once you do. Im guessing you need to zipline over to the windmill instead of swinging on the lantern, and then you can use the hook to get the bucket down? Thats all I can think of but I cant seem to ever reach the zipline with the hook in the first place. Anyway, even if I did manage to get it down I dont see what I would use it for.

you can use the boards covering the hole to create a ramp up the tree.
As for its function i think if you get a good swing you can reach the end pillar and knock it down skipping the parkour but im not sure i haven't tried :p

ah ok thank you. I did try using those boards but assumed they were too heavy and gave up. Guess i should have kept at it
