Why doesn't COD Account Link To Call of Duty: WWII???

My cod account won't link to cod wwII. It's only recognizing my Steam Account, not my COD Account. And yes before you ask I've linked everything to everything you name it. But for some odd reason on cod wwII when I try to go to "Settings" and go to "Call of Duty Account" and try to update the cod account, it says "There was a problem with your CoD Account. Please try again." And every time I try again, it don't work. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Don't matter, I decided to refund it. Too many hackers and can't even link my cod acct.
