Is Zombies fully playable offline?
Like whole BO3 zombie content can be played without internet or old BO1. Can you also play DLC zombies maps without internet in WW2?

This game is playable offline. You can choose "local" in both zombies and MP, without logging on. I can't recall if there's restrictions for local play, like less loadout choices and no consumables for zombies, but you can definitely play all of the maps.

Thanks but some guy told me that DLC maps are not playable offline only those first in base version of the game

yes playable locally (internet connection dropping so technically offline.)
...for 10 minutes !!! Then errors come up AND CRASH every 2nd game.
In case of lost INTERNET connection weird things happen..aka LOST OF ALL ARMOR WITHOUT ANY ZOMBIE NEAR.
IMPOSSIBLE TO PURCHASE ARMOR, BUT MYSTERY MACHINE STILL WORKS...

Are the crashes and errors related to the connection dropping? Are you actually playing in "local play" or just solo in regular online mode?
I just tested it myself and the game is almost fully playable offline, by choosing "local play" in the ZM main menu.
In local play you have access to all maps, except the Path maps as standalone survival maps. You also cannot customize DLC guns and are limited to a few camos for the guns you can customize. All grenades are unlocked, as well as all of the mods. Local play doesn't care if you started the game without internet or lost connection to Steam mid-game, I just tested both.
I pulled my ethernet cable on round 2 and even 3 rounds later, still offline, the game didn't care.
Make sure you're actually playing in "local play" if you have connection issues or want to simply stay offline entirely, as choosing the first option, "play" will always connect you to the online services and you will be kicked from even a solo match if you lose connection to Steam for longer than a few seconds.
If you're experiencing issues, like not being able to use certain machines in-game, verify your files and make sure nothing's corrupted. There should be no crashes and no weird error messages.
