TOP 3 WORST GUNS FOR EACH CLASS (Revised)
Many guns in this game are interesting, most of those overpowered, some of those obscure and underused, but there are also guns that feels cursed to use, maybe because they recoil hard, their damage is vomiting or the firerate is revolting. And to make things even worse: some of them are required to get diamond and chrome camos. So.....embrace the crap! Those are the worst weapons you will ever see:

ASSAULT CLASS:
3rd: FG 42 (The most nerf-mangled assault rifle): Decent recoil control, decent damage, bad clip size, gelded range and slow firerate. The FG 42 was perhaps used more on the console version of the game, but on PC? barely used at all, but this was a good enough reason for Sledgehammer to hard-nerf this assault rifle. The only good selling point of the FG 42 was the consistent damage at longer distances, the nerf halved the range, making the gun more similar to an SMG than an assault rifle, and do you guys know what happens to slow-a*s assault rifles in mid-short range? they get wildy violated by SMGs, you will always eat Sh*t at those ranges if your weapon of choice is the FG 42. Funny how the nerf arrived with the release of the brand new AUTOMA assault rifle, a rifle that is basicly the FG 42, but better in everything. I smell a game of favoritism here.

2nd: M1A1 CARBINE (M1 Garand's little inexperienced brother): pinpoint accurate laser control, decent damage, good clip size, good range but semiautomatic. This weapon feels alot like a starter marksman rifle: easy to control and deals a somewhat respectable damage, but here comes the issue: is unlocked at level 31. Were is the problem, you may ask, and i answer that question with 2 words: M1 GARAND. Unlocked by DEFAULT the M1 Garand sports a way superior damage at the cost of a more consistent recoil and less bullets in the magazine. Since you have to reach level 31 to unlock the M1A1 Carbine means that you had plenty of time to get accustomed to how a real marksman rifle works, so once you hit level 31 you no longer need the easier to use but weaker M1A1 Carbine! The M1 Garand will always outperform it in every scenario. Unless you are going for camo challanges, avoid this whimpy marksman rifle like plague.

1st: GEWEHR 43 (sexy looking but a slingshot outperforms it): "decent" accuracy, "decent" damage, "decent" clip size, awful range and semiautomatic. I used many captions to describe this thing for various reasons. Overall this is the absolute worst of the assault rifle class, despite its performance seems "good enough" it is basicly a toned down m1a1 carbine with a slightly faster rate of fire, but in every other field this guns blows M1A1 Carabine's dong. Magazine size is sh*t, so is the range that will cripple damage output on longer distances, making the Gewehr 43 damage overall inconsistent. The only selling point of this gun is aesthetic (this is pretty subjective), but aesthetic can't justify the fact that this gun sucks in everything and makes you feel miserable for using it. If you are out of ammo and you find this thing on the floor: throw rocks.

SUBMACHINE GUNS:
3rd: ZK 383 (an unique fun-switch smg with the damage output of nerf blaster): excelent (slow form) awful (fast form) accuracy, damage is uhm.......emh...yes, good clip size, decent range and decent (slow form) excelent (fast form) firerate. Describing this thing is difficult, because this is basicly 2 guns in one, but they both have one thing in common: in both firemodes this gun soocks. Gimmick wise this thing is interesting, but damage wise oh boy.......even worse than the waffe 28 damage per shot. There is a particular weakness of this gun tho: using attachments will make it worse in a way or another. Since the ZK 383 selling point its the fun switch gimmick, using any attachment that favors one of the two firemodes makes it instantly unsuited for the other neglected firemode. The ZK 383 fails to be a viable SMG, but manages to not be the worst on this list thanks to its novelty feature.

2nd: BLYSKAWICA (when Accuracy becomes TOXIC): accuracy is too good (even too much), damage is on par with a watergun, average clip size, range probably dosen't reach 1 meter, and excelent firerate. Not gonna lie, i had to google the name of this gun, because beside using it, even writing its name is task of its own. Ingame there are plenty of bullethose options for the spray and pray tactic, but this one? this one completely miss the whole point. What is the purpose of spraying, if accuracy is disgustingly good? this makes bullet distribution patterns awful! To makes things even worse: this thing has the range of pi*s and the damage of watergun, making the whole gun ttk inconsistent like a throw of dices (and just like dices, you get the worst case scenario always during the most crucial moments). If you unpack a cool variant of the Blyskawica: im very sorry pal, you will soon discover how escruciating is using this thing and how it will makes you scream like a Babylon's Slave in the process. I will press F in the chat for all of you.

1st: STERLING (a useless below average jack of all): average accuracy, average damage, average clip size, below average range and below average firerate. Being a jack of all is hard of its own, for the sterling even existing can be harder. In a world were those 3 chads DO EXIST: MP40, Sten and Nambu type 2, what makes you even try on being a jack of all? The Sterling submachine gun is good at virtually N O T H I N G, in every confrontation it gets out defeated (and teabagged) by better overall smgs (sometimes, even assault rifles), Firerate is slow and damage combined with below average range makes it for the most inconsistent shooting experience ever designed by humankind. Is a cruel irony that the historical predecessor of this thing, the sten (one of the chad cod ww2 jack of all guns), basicly a steel pipe with a trigger and a spring literally destroy it in every single way, if this dosen't makes the sterling looks pathetic enough well, wait to aim down the sights of this thing, then you will really start crying. :)

MACHINE GUNS:
3rd: MG 81 (another unwanted average joe): decent accuracy, average damage, good clip size, slow reload and average firerate. Heavy, cumbersome and handles like sh*t, the mg81 is one of the most average machine guns of its class. Its exactly the mg 81's tendecy to be average that makes this gun miserable to use, it don't cover a field in its class without getting outperformed by another machine gun in the process. Overall? you can use this thing, but getting dropped by faster firing better handling machine guns will be very very common.

2nd: STINGER (Big Beefy American pile of garbage): decent accuracy, very high damage, excelent clip size, average reload and letargic firerate. Everything in America is bigger, meanier and bada*s......shame that those qualities have their downsides tho, and the downside is a tremendously slow handling and firerate that will makes every action before pulling the trigger an endless operation. Don't get me wrong, this thing shreds if you lands your 2 hits but, is that the hard part: blowing more than 1 bullet before getting destroyed by anything that shoots faster. Do you want to hear something funny? the mag size of this thing is MASSIVE (and it can be even more massive with extended mag), and considering that most of your gunfights will never ends up with more than 10 shots fired (in a particulary optimistic scenario when everyone's aim sucked and missed you) before getting killed makes this thing never runs dry.

1st: BREN (try to not sleep challange!): decent accuracy, very high damage, clip size makes me wanna puke, reload is an endless agony and firerate puts you to sleep. This thing makes the stinger looks like a f*cking bullethose! Were do i start? Ok.....ironsights: they are the most sinful thing i ever seen in my life (i seen some really f*cked up r34 drawings, but nothing tops the ugliness of the bren's ironsights), and if things are not terrible enough, there is a towering magazine right in the middle of the gun that covers a good portion of the screen. The Bren is a league of its own for how horrible handles, aims and shoots, feels like aiming with a heavy oak log with its branches still attached. Damage is very high but here comes the tradeoff: this thing shoots even slower than a semiauto rifle, IM NOT JOKING. You can literaly put on confrontation the firecap of the bren and other semiauto rifles like the m1 garand, the svt or even the type 5......their time to kill results faster! Of all the guns avaiable in COD ww2, and im even talking of other guns on this list, nothing can sh*ttier than the bren. This one is HANDS DOWN absolutely the worst gun of the game!

SNIPER RIFLES:
3rd: TYPE 38 (tenno heika banzai!!!! not included): good accuracy. onehit to whole torso, neck and head, bad clip size, average reload time and average firerate. This thing isn't that bad (expecially because in cod ww2 sniping afterall, brain is not required) but definitely gets outclassed by many other options with a larger onehit kill window and a more consistent bullet chambering animations of other snipers. Its a real shame that this one dosen't get to use a bayonet, but considering how stupidly easy is sniping on ww2 this is for the best.

2nd: LEVER ACTION (Arthur Morgan is rolling in his grave): good accuracy, onehit to chest, neck and head (for a sniper this sucks), bad clip size, reload time is escruciating (don't you even dare to use extended mags! the reload will get longer!) and very fast firerate. This western like sniper rifle is kinda unique on its own, but now we know why this thing wasn't adopted by american military during its period: reload is an endless pain in the arse, and this, mixed with its bad clip size, faster firerate of its class and the rather high hitmarker potential makes this rifle atrocious to operate, you will end up getting lumbago by only touching it.

1st: LEE ENFIELD (an english thoroughbred in real life, a lanky old donkey ingame): t*rdish accuracy, onehit to chest, neck and head (again......this kinda sucks for a sniper rifle), good clip size, average reload time and good firerate. There are things that can hurts you mentally, losing at blackjack for example, or if someone stole your credit card datas, or again......trying to operate this rifle and missing your shot/getting an hitmarker with this rifle. The Lee Enfield has a noticeable recoil after you shoot, a recoil that can potentially throw off your aim if you want to hit your target quickly again, and you will find yourself mostly trying to 2 shot kill enemies with this thing, so that is going to be a problem. For how punitive this thing can get with a missed/not high enough shot i find it the ultimate skilled sniper of the game, all other snipers rifles should be painful to use like the lee enfield in my own opinion.

SHOTGUNS:
1st: Double Barrel Shotgun (a wood club gives it a run for its money): good accuracy, decent damage, clip size dosen't exist, range is akward. Technically this was the iconic bad gun of call of duty ww2, but apparently it got decently buffed to an extent of being "almost" on par with the other firearms of its category. It still needs you to be close to your enemy's crotch in order to secure the kill so it still suffers against other shotguns but hey! atleast is more viable than the bren machinegun! this really warms my heart.

PISTOLS:
3rd: ENFIELD NO°2 (basicly a M1911 with none of its perks): terrible accuracy, high damage, clip size is bad (and can't be extended, is a revolver, what did you expect?), reload time is decent, range is average and firerate is slow. This things only exists because Sgt. Turner in the campain holded this revolver, and since the model was wasted to be used only in the campain it got added in the multiplayer, but in very sledgehammer style: is a clone of another existing gun, in this case: the m1911. Compared to the original m1911 the enfield NO°2 has increased recoil and is unable to equip extended magazine......basicly a downgrade offered in a different skin......well played.

2nd: REICHREVOLVER (a revolver that wants to be a self loading pistol): good accuracy, average damage, clip size is bad (can't be extended due its revolver nature), reload time is bad, range is average and firerate is decent. Despite this thing is advertised as "the fastest firing gun of its category" it is not, both the p08 luger and the 9mm SAP outperforms it in therms of firerate, and if this isn't enough to label this gun as trash adds a somewhat lackluster reload time and the inability to extend the magazine of this thing. Overall it dosen't perform so bad but.....it seriously has no reason to exist at all.

1st: MACHINE PISTOL (when your primary gets dry......pick a weapon from the ground, trust me): mediocre accuracy, paltry damage, mediocre clip size (is an automatic weapon), it runs dry very quickly), good reload time, range is bad and firerate is excelent. Is a shame that a glorious c96 broomhandle was represented as an automatic paltry damage dealing pistol, a real f*cking shame. The machine pistol exists to give the players who sucks with semiautomatic pistols a meant to defend themself when their automatic gun runs dry, the problem is: this thing is more akin to a last ditch effort to don't get clobbered. This thing is soo ineffective that getting a gun from the ground is a better choice, atleast you can put on a fight instead of dying while grasping that t*rd in your hand. The only way to use it more "efficiently" is to use the akimbo perk, but that would be helluva dumb too, because doing that makes you neglect better survival perks or perks aimed for your more efficient primary weapon. If you finds yourself out of ammo and this thing is your only alternative left well......embrace the suck.

little info: originally in the list there were others contenders, but some of them got removed after some ingame tests i made: some proved to be more efficient (type 100 for example, damage wise is more consistent than the zk 383 and the m1941 assault rifle who proved to be atleast more slightly enjoyable than the fg 42) some of those were obscure hidden beasts (i never though that the type 5, the slow a*ss bootleg garand would be a silent assassin decently consistent on par with its original inspiration and to the svt 40, that thing surprised me alot) and by removing some that in the end fared well in combat (wz. 35, despite is clunkiness and letargic firespeed and reload is still a onehit kill sniper in all body parts, this can't be neglected).

Despite some weapons found redemption at the end, some others took their places in this hellish list.
