Is the M2 Carbine woth a buy

Wondering if the auto M2 carbine rifle worth a buy. Havnt seen many using it so im wondering. Dont want to waste the armor credits if its not good. I alrready have the irtra burst assult rifle and the hydra sniper rifle.

Also, wondering if the type 5 assult rifle, or the sterling smg worth the buy. Havnt seen that much of them used by other players and dont want to waste credits if they are not really worth it. Just posting those questions here as well in a-all-in-one post.

I have used all the weapons in the game in a big extent
now for the m2 carbine i would say... the only diference is if someone is bad at semi autos m2 is for him but really there is no difference

Sterling is a grease gun but reskined ''generally talking''

type 5 is a better version of the SVt-40

Gotcha, well i dont really used grease gun, svt, or m1 carbine due to the lag in this game usually ketting you killed when you using semi auot guns though i have them diamond...and no thanks to the insane stuttering now in game since last update...so I guess i have my question answered. But thanks so much for the info, i will stick to my intra burst. its way better at killing at long ranges than the carbin semi or auto, or the svt or even the garand.

Type5 has a small 2 shot range making most kills a 3 shot kill
Sterling is better than the grease gun in every way but still not as good as tompson mp40 or ppsh
M2 carbine is a better fg42 with less ammo in clip. It shoots a little faster and is more accurate.
ITRA Burst in core will almost always 1 burst, espessially with adv rilfling
Type38 has the dmg of the kar and scopes in and shoots fster than every other sniper

Are you sure? Everyone's been complaining about how Type 38 is just a Lee Enfield with less ammo, just with a faster fire rate. Apparently the 1 shot kill area is smaller than Kar98k

That is correct. I have litterally headshot people 3-4 times and i get hitmarkers. its only benifit is its fast rate of fire

From what I've played with the M2 Carbine; it's fun to use, really powerful. Was a great all rounder (With no attachments.)
Not worth the credits unless you've got like 50k+

Sterling; Now ♥♥♥♥ me, this gun is broken, picked up one with Grip and Extended mags (I think steady aim too? but I was mostly ADSing, so it didn't really effect me.)
And it just melts, so, much.
Worth the credits for sure.

And the Type 5 is pretty trash, but it's good in HC. But overall just stay away from it. Unless you're going to 'Chrome' all guns...
Upside to it though is the one you get through the collections has a really cool inspect animation.

I have the Type 35 Japanese sniper and the Itra burst...and both are super good. So, your telling me out of all the rest of the blitz dlc guns, probably just get the Sterling, skip the type 5 and the m2 carbine...??

I think i will skip the m2 carbine due to me not having 50k. I have already spend 50k on the 2 guns lol

The grease gun and the FG-42 are really nice, and they are good, but i usually stick with the bar, volk, or ppsh or thompson...but it really depends on the maps and the playstyle of others on how i play to counter them. As for the Irta burst and the Arisaka i do like them. the Irta is insane, the Arisaka i love the rate of fire, but it does for some reason not give shots. Like i know the scope is right on them, and yet i miss...somehow. Not even get a hitmarker. Its a problem i have had with all the snipers in this game. Might be hit detection, fps, or ping..or a combo of all three. I have good ping and 60fps, so not sure why in this game the sniper shot is right on, and yet i miss without hitmarker, and yet a quickscoper always gets the shot without any trouble. Doesnt make much sense. Maybe some one who snipes alot can give me insight to whats up

Well, as a sniper myself with 65+% hit ratio with snipers (Bolt-action.)
My first peice of advice would be, disable Vsync, it causes more problems than it's worth, Cap your FPS to 120.
People say this is pointless as you'll only see 60hz, but it's actually giving you the most up-to-date frame, so you can see people sooner, have more repsonsive controls.
Unless you get ♥♥♥♥ tonnes of screen tearing, then you have to use Vsync. But you should be fine.
Second off, make sure you've got raw input enabled, and have windows mouse acceleration disabled. (This makes movements with your mouse 1:1, instead of being really floaty and skitty with mouseaceeleration being enabled (The slower you move your mouse, the slower the pointer/crosshair moves, the faster you move your mouse, the faster it makes your crosshair/mousepointer move.)

Sniping in this CoD really is as simple as point and click. 'Hardscoping'

Quickscoping is easy, since the scope always lands in the center of your screen, so all you have to do is have a half decent aim, and know when to shoot.

And if you hit the person then, and it doesn't reg, it's most likely them/you lagging.
It just happens. Don't get angry, stay relax and take another shot.



I picked up the Arisaka last game I played, and ♥♥♥♥ me is it insane.....
I didn't hitmark with it once (I think I got 25-30 kills with it?(Not in 1 life.)
I really want to unlock it now. Only downside, is the trash reticule.

ITRA burst is really broken.......Being able to outgun SMGs up close, being able to outgun rifles at mid range, being able to countersnipe snipers across the map.
Just.......What were they thinking when they made this gun?

ITRA is gamble machine thx to lagcomp and hitreg - sometimes u kill enemy in single burst, but more often u dont, even tho gun has listed damage 7, it wont kill in 1 burst at 5 meters even if u see/hear 4 hitmarks (should be able to kill in 3 hits)
Typ38 is just reskined Lee, calling it OP is stupid as u literaly has same snipe since launch and i dont know any1 who consider Lee OP. Well, it just has moooore sexy shot sound, but thats subjective.

So non of new weapon is rly "worth" it. If OP rly wants something new, i would pick ITRA as its only burst weapon ingame or Type38 for sexy sound.

The M2 is decent as a kind of sniper assault rifle, it has a slow rate of fire, but quite powerful, the IRTA is amazing, accurate and fast but I still prefer the Volks as a run and gun class. Havent unlocked the other 3 tbh... Heard mixed reports though.
