Why can't I play with DLC weapons in local play anymore?

I'm playing offline with bots and have no access to my standard issue DLC weapons. Everything is locked even though I used to be able to use them. Are they taking things out of my game now?

Play Custom Match, not Local Play. Local Play doesn't connect to your account, it's the litteral base game, nothing is unlocked. I fyou want to use the DLC guns, you have to play in a Custom Match

I haven't unlocked them with a stupid random loot box yet. I used to be able to do it in local play. I set the standard issue guns up separate from the custom divisions. The presets I chose are still there but I can no longer customize them.
