Panzermorder bug?

I was doing the Panzermorder boss fight when I put the first battery into him. Afterwards I got the battery spawned and charged only to dump every round I had into him without him ever being stunned. He also stopped damaging me and just walked around. The round never ended regardless of how many zombies I killed, just always stuck at round 21 as well as me losing the ability to use consumables (which I saved for the boss fight)
It seems like every time I try to finish the The Final Reich it bugs like this or some other way.

yes sometimes does that bug and just reset if you want to help let me know
