Rare Supply Drops vs Rare Zombie Supply drops

Someone tell me the difference? I know zombie crates have a 2nd run for consumables but that's about it. I'm more of a zombie person myself but I still want to try and get weapon variants/grips as well for MP/Zombies.

In rare supply drops you get 3 items, one being a guaranteed rare or higher. In the zombes rare crate you get 2 regular items and 3 zombie related items, one of which is guaranteed rare or higher
