how do i change region?
So i can play with the US guys? Noone on the EU server right now

There is actually a way, join a US based friends and party up with him, him being the host of course, and voila!

in windows settings > time and language > region and language. it will say you're country change it to US, restart the game and then see system info if it's changed. it should say US!

Change download region in the steam settings.
