Field of View (FOV)!!!
Is it just me, or is this broken as sh*t? I have the FOV set to 95, yet it feels like 65. It's already causing me a headache just from looking at it, not to mention the movement of the mouse, and the aiming just feels totally screwed up. No other COD game has given me this kind of issue because the FOV of 90 truly felt like 90.

My PC Specs: Razer Deathadder Elite (1200 dpi, 125 polling rate, can be changed to 500 or 1000), Gtx 970, 16 GBs or Ram, i7-4790 4.0GHz. I've tried setting the mouse sensitivity in-game to like 5 and horizontal to 6. Regadless of this setting, the movement still feels like absolute sh*t.

I take it you're not having any of the issues that I am having lol? I really hope I'm not the only one here and that someone has found a fix for this.

It is because the gun model doesnt stretch when you change FoV. I don't like it either.

That sucks big time co*k. What kind of settings are you running to make your game play experience better?

Right, the gun always stays at the same spot, usually, the view would go a little further away from the weapon so you'd see the stock, now you don't, feels like playing Far Cry 3/4

It feels like they screwed something up when fixing the bug that it always reset when you shut off the game. Doestn feel like 90 FOV now but felt fine when you always had to change it. Just another problem added to the list.

Over 90 it starts to give a headache because it deforms the images

Whats the reason though? It's only obstructive if you ask me. And previous shooters always changed the gunmodel as it's part of your "Field of View"...
GrimmJack Nov 18, 2017 @ 12:53pm
It's really stupid if you ask me. Every other cod game had the FOV where the gun view also changed along with the field. Now it's just stupid really.

Are you really using 0.7 or 7? Because 0.7 is beyond slow with 800 dpi. What's your kd with that lol?
