Missing Crate from Zombies

I played Zombie mode (my second time ever playing zombies) yesterday and played a match for 54mins.

The report at the end of the match said i've gone up 4 levels and earned a couple of add ons for weapons and a Zombie Supply Crate.

After this screen I logged into multiplayer mode and headed to HQ to open my newly aquired Zombie crate.

To my suprise, I could not locate the crate anywhere. I check my supply drops and have none showing for Zombie or Rare Zombie.

I checked mail incase it was kept there, checked with Howard and 1/4 Master. No crate to be found!.

I went back into the Zombies mode to see if I could only open it from that menu and again, showing as none.

What should I do?

Something needs to happen, im not playing zombies again until its announced that it is fixed.

Hello. Sadly I did not screen shot this as it did not seem important to do so.

If you can see my play history I’ve played only 2 games of zombies.
The first game I don’t think I completed it and ended the game early. The second game I got to rank 4. I also unlocked the small round sight and the hand grip.

I completed the second game and remember that the game time was 54minutes long.

I actually did enjoy the zombie mode and will play it again once this issue is fixed.

Also, I am not sure if it was a rare or normal supply drop. I just remember seeing that a crate was in the end screen when I ranked up.

yea im owed at least 5 zombie crates also, rank 30 2nd prestige yet it says on leaderboard im rank 32 1st prestige?? what is going on? Also zombies only havent been on the multiplayer

I am at second prestige (Zombie) at the moment (almost third) and i did not receive a single Supply drop since teh first prestige!!! I even contacted you devs on Twitter and Your website without an answer. I will drop this game soon if this is not fixed, and i want them back cause i need copnsumables to do the hardest challenges in zombies

I too lost crates after the prestige...Please fix it and give us back our hard earned supplies.
It's not a specific account it's for everyone who prestiged zombies.No need for proof.

Missing zombie supply drops is a known issue but I will be reporting this up and I'll get back to you.
