Can i get the sniper and mabye other snipers aswell (Havent played since january 2018)

you get most "new" weapons from either collection or from supply crates

There is one of its variation available to be bought with armory credits in the "Operation Overlord" collection (which is always available).
Just scroll down until you find it :)

well not all weapons are available in operation overlord, some are locked to the specific events but in the end , every weapon is available from supply crates anyway, the only difference is that 1 variant will not be obtainable after the current has ended until they re-release/re-open that event collection again which they might do after a while.

Some are in overlord, some are in event specific collection tab, you should be able to buy them all.
