Season Pass - Worth it?

I've been getting back into COD WW2 recently and enjoying it more than I remembered. Thinking about getting the Season's Pass, but only if there are actually players in the new maps.

So: Worth getting the Season's Pass now, considering we're close to a year in?

And true, I never mentioned, I don't find war DLC at all yet. Only when it first comes in the special dlc-playlist. But soon.

You can use your content in hardcore non-tdm modes very often, and latenight core non-tdm you can find too, but I never specified, War isn't included yet, I haven't matched organic to DLC war at all yet.

Those are TDM players. IF you don't play TDM, and if you play core other modes late night OR hardcore all day and night you can find DLC maps, no problem as described earlier in the thread, you can find games with DLC enabled outside of core TDM. I have been playing a lot of DLC since about late mid/end of June.

TDM is the biggest game type there is, so asking players to keep outside of it, will seriously restrict actually getting a game!!!!

Historically, sure.

But WWII objective modes are proving to be the best experience you can have in WWII.

TDM is low xp and toxic people. Dom can be toxic, too. But everywhere else is full of honestly the best groups of people. SnD hardcore is super friendly and good sports about stuff. We have a blast in the DLC in there, I don't even think anyone without DLC is even in that list.

TDM is ♥♥♥♥ in this game. It's a popular mode from conditioning. I was a TDM player in MW2. MW2 is obsolete now, and TDM is just, come play some objective stuff with me and keep my ass alive, they're super fun in this one, typically I ignore them entirely.

if you are a lone gun player and don't run with friends or clanmates, you will probably get DLC rotation, but if you are partied up with anyone that doesn't have Season Pass, you're basically FKD and won't get a DLC map in rotation as long as they don't have it..

The devs shafted us from day 1, IF they had kept to what they said (anti cheat etc), i would have bought ALL DLC, Sledgehammer will never get any more money from me.

All our own fault i guess for buying it after the cheat infested beta, it was a learning curve.

IF a games beta is ♥♥♥♥, DONT buy it as the release wont be much different.

Yeah, if you let someone in your party without DLC, it's disabled before you even try. That's why I suggest people to get the Season Pass if they would like to be in party with me. This is the right way to go about it. People don't want it, that's fine, but they are not desirable to party with and should be viewed as the only real reason we don't get to play our content.

It's the players who settle for 9 maps that ruin it for everyone else on PC. On console, most of them don't even know it's broken. On PC, we need that pooling fixed, and then what can anyone say? That will be great.

And it will be fine as soon as BO4 comes and all the base-gamers, yearly-buyers, and complainers go to that game. Then Season pass will be even more prevalent, because most of who remains for any reason other than BO4 price will have that season pass, and anyone without it will be hard to trust and viewed as the people who are killing this game and depriving others of their content.

No DLC = Go Away will be the mantra soon enough.

I'm not a zombies fan, but I did play the prologue and the one that came with the base game so far for the 500 kill uniform contract, and I liked it. I have no doubt zombies fan will really like it, the boss that came with all the heads and a businessman dangling from him, that was genuinely creepy and on max gfx since it's coop not pvp it looks incredible.

No it isn't, and it's a FREE WEEKEND right now, so if there are more, that is why. They should block new/unfunded accounts and previously banned as well, would fix it entirely on free weekends and stop ruining sales before they even make them.

Hit detection is fine here, even when I'm 1 bar, even if the lag is too much in a given server if I join on the wrong person's profile at the wrong server, the hits are still good, I just am too behind... I mean, sounds like a personal problem or personal network issue, this game is like MW2/MW3 came together for a WWII themed costume party. It is the best CoD in years. You judged too fast. Do you like Black Ops series by chance? I am only curious for my own records. You might like it if you haven't tried it.

I regret that you had that experience, almost feel bad for having the best time in Call of Duty I've ever had despite at least playing every single one. This is the first time MW2 has ever been Obsolete to me since it came out. WWII is already now my second-most played call of duty.

On the strength of SHG performance with the community, on the strength of performance on my middle-of-the-road, old i5 cpu, 1060 gpu 10% bottlecked PC 60hz monitor being as good as it is, and on the strength of how good the season pass content has been so far despite only just now beginning to get more and more popular in more and more modes for me, this is my best CoD right now that I can only strike for the base maps. For how few, and how most were. I like them all. I just think a few are too samey. Season Pass fixes a lot so far, 6 more like the first 6 in the pass will be just fine. DLC 3 maps look amazing too. Can't wait to see DLC 4, and my fingers are crossed that they continue to support and do more packs like Black Ops 3 for the next 3 years.

I hope the community sticks around, grows, and makes it possible for them to do that.

I hope the rest of the MW2 and MW3 players who haven't already come play before it's done getting all the additions. Though I do hope SHG keeps supporting. I will buy Another season pass lol.

Free weekends always bring the cockroaches out from the cracks with their bulls**t hacks. Avoid free weekends like the plague and they'll crawl back in their hole soon enough. Just come back after the free event and life get's back to normal, the riff-raff will go away.
