Chrome tiger cammo worth it?
Currently have chrome but never prestiged weapons not knowing they would make an even more prestigous cammo. Should I grind for it?

Do I need Gold Leopard and Gold Cheetah to unlock Chrome? Plus all new weapons?

You need to get both of the gold camos on all of the non-DLC guns to get Chrome tiger.
