"That's correct. We are here to help with support related issues and to do what we can for all of that, but a question like "what's the status of the anti-cheat system" or "what's going on with anti-cheat" is something that only SHG can answer.
We would be greatly overstepping our bounds to claim to know anything about that, instead we focus on reporting up issues/bugs/glitches, and helping people with troubleshooting."

Unfortunately, Sean's job is to collect & collate feedback since he works for Activision, regarding technical difficulties except anti-cheat system which SHG/Raven is responsible for addressing cheatesr/hackers exploit. All we can do now is record gameplay footage, including Steam Profile and Steam ID, and then report it SHG Banhammer on Twitter. But this is something that SHG/Raven has to take very serious to make great PC port, but unfortunately not everybody else is happy with PC port results.
Blizzard Entertainment, for example had recently updated Warden (Anti-Cheat System) as well as Tripwire (Alert System) to detect if any player(s) have changed or modified their internal memory code while using 3rd party software undetected like Turbo HUD (Map Hack), for example. By the time anti-cheat system and alert system was updated on February 10th, 2016, most players who used 3rd party software in few hours have recently been banned permanently with Code 52; in other words, Blizzard has the right to suspend their game's license due to violation of End User License Agreement (EULA).
Tripwire (Alert System) watches any memory changes of Warden (Anti-Cheat System) in terms of botting program.
