Why does my screen keeping going yellow?

That's the Instinct Basic Training, it makes your screen turn yellow when an enemy is aiming at you from outside of your view, meaning someone is about to shoot you in the back. It's not that bad a perk since it highlights enemy grenades/bouncing betties, even through walls
