Activision Refusing to BAN HACKERS?
Since november 10-13 a website launched a hacking service that people are using CONSPICIOUSLY considering activision doesnt give a damn about their game. i hear these WHISPERS of "BAN WAVE COMING SOON" yet these hackers arent banned meanwhile despite undeniable video PROOF that i have submitted to activision dev team personally.

This is unfair and i will continue to document the negligence activision is showing the pc community when i REPORT through the GAME CLIENT, STEAM, and ACTIVIONS DEV TEAM, with PROOF of blatant hacking. Here's a list of whom i reported that have yet to be banned..

This game can be abandoned.
Unlimited HANKs.
No punishments No norms.

if they gave us private servers, we could self govern the hacking problem. we already know they dont really care about the cheaters, why not give us private/dedicated servers at no cost to them and WE will do the BANNING for THEM.

Any representative from Activision has actually responded back to you?

Dunno if that's true from the Developer/Publisher side, but since the game has VAC protection i believe they will get banned eventually. VAC might not be the fastest anti-cheat but it does the job..

he never ban.
All three cheaters with aimbot, I watch are still not banned!!! after 22 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the game does not have a replay mode of combat, cheaters with a wallhack can play with impunity.

Well, they could have gave to all of them game bans until VAC kicks in. Unless and hopefully gave them from in-game like this one.. https://i.imgur.com/PprqdAT.jpg

I provided a video and emailed Elany who passed it on, a week later no vac ban and i just saw the cheater in game not even 30 minutes ago. And this is a blatant cheater so its not hard to come to a conclusion.

Activision set the standard a while ago that they pretty much are not going to BAN anyone because they are afraid of the blow back from banning people. It was stated to me by an Activision Manager that for every report they get for a cheater, they get 3x as many lawsuit threats from people they banned. So there is no incentive for them to actually ban anyone.

I had a list of 44 blatant hacks in IW that I spent close to 200 hours documenting them, recording them, submitting them, dealing with Activision Management and security team. It took almost 11 months of constant pressure for them to finally "GAME" ban them. In talking with a Activision Security Manager, one of the players I had reported had 1,582 unique in game reports (that mean 1,500+ people reported this cheat) and they did nothing about it for 11 months.

The sad part, each and everyone of these 44 players has now moved on to ruining WWII. So far all attempts at reporting these players have Failed. My Activision manger contact has ignored all pleas for help, the Activision Security Manager has ignored all reports. ATVIAssist reports on twitter have gone unanswered, can't in-game report most of these cheats as the game crashes when reporting.

Overall I suspect all complaints at falling on deaf ears, and even of the lazy, incompetent developers actually bothered to submit anything to VAC they will likely screw it up, just like every attempt they have made at making a game people actually want to play.

It's a big shame that we are in 2017 and game devs still haven't solved the cheating problem. (Not only in COD)...

I don't know what they are actually doing back there but i hope it's not about make more money because it has become tedious...

Edit: How is it possible for them to "afraid" for lawsuit. Terms of Use don't state situations like this?

PUBG (BattlEye) for example has banned over half a million. Why don't they afraid of any lawsuits?

YEAH i cant find the hackers winning any lawsuit because they are literally manipulating the games files to hack. blizzard SUES hackers and wins every time. Its copyright infrigement, i dont think its fear in lawsuit, i think its negligence

I'm not sure why they would need "video proof" of cheating. Proving there is someone cheating being on the shoulders of game players is absurd. This is why they supposedly have an anti-cheat system in place... it is "supposed" to be doing this job.

yeah true! the game is fun, itd be much more fun if they kept the playing field even. never know whos hacking or not these days, i only report the obvious ones like in the video here. multiple kills with 100% headshot accuracy WHILE in a smokescreen in less than 4 seconds... anyone can notice that, and nothing had been done....

I doubt that will happen because of the way the HQ interacts with the game.
