Always Moderate Nat type

i setup up the ports on my router i get open once when i closed te game and i run it again and i see its back to moderate any idea to fix ?

nah didnt fix anything for me. Its deffinitly on activisions end. I can connect to the first game i que for weather it be HQ, or a game mode. But if i leave that game every time i try to connect to any others it says "Unable to join game session" and activision support is hours long of a que. this sucks for me because i have to restart my game every time i wanna get new orders or go to HQ for any reason. Or if i ever wanna change game modes i have to exit to desk top before i can join TDM after playing in a war lobby. Im at wits end, ive port forwaded every port, ive reinstalled the game, verified, and still nothing fixes it.

i recently check my provider this garbage provider looks like blocking those port so no other chance to deal with that ?

That seems unlikely, though it is possible. Where are you from and what ISP do you have?
In my experience, it's just the modem being quirky. Also, are you connected directly to the modem or is there a router inbetween? If the latter is true, setup DMZ on your router with the IP address of your modem. Then open up the ports on your modem if you haven't already. A restart on both can also help.

Have you tried restarting your pc first before you start up the game? Or changing your DNS multiple times and restarting the pc? Maybe your router is locked by your provider (Correct me if i'm wrong).
