Dlc installed but missing

The games says I have installed the 1,100 points, divisions pack and zombie camo but I have checked the mail and I cant find it.

They aren't actually implimented into the game yet, if I remember correctly they should be given on the 13th

CoD points aren't in the game yet, Zombies camo can only be used in Zombies and Division pack should be there when you personalize your division

I never got my divisions pack stuff in the mail, my beta helemt keeps saying its a new item even though ive equiped and unequiped it about 12 times, and unless the zombies cammo is hidden in the zombies customization maenu behind a level requirement, I dont have that either

I only have one uniform per division which is the standard one, I do not have the gun either.

I have the same issue. I havent got anything that I paid the extra money for, such as the division pack, zombie camo, or anything else that was in the deluxe version. I feel like I paid $100 for absolutely nothing.
