Hey there,

Sorry to hear you are getting a crash, but could you give some more details on that? For example, is it crashing when you select Zombies from the MP menu or somewhere else? Also, have you tried to update your drivers or checked Verify Integrity of the Game Files yet?

Let me know about all of that so we can see what options there. Thanks.

Yes it crashes everytime I select zombies from the MP menu. I have to restart my pc to be able to even open up the game again after the crashes. i also tried reinstalling and just verified all the files succesfully and my drivers are up to date

Thanks for the response and for trying all of that already. I take it no other crashes are occurring for Campaign or Multiplayer? Do you get any kind of error message when you crash out or does it just drop straight to desktop?

One more thing to try would be to try would be to run the game in windowed mode or a lower resolution and then try switching to Zombies again to see if it makes any difference.
just tried it with windowed mode on and lower rez and it still crashed straight into desktop without an error. and no multi and campaign work just fine
Exactly the same here.

Thanks so much for trying all of that and reporting back. I'm sorry to hear it didn't have any effect or change the issue in anyway that helped show what the problem might be. I have some more options for you try:

1. Could you try removing the multiplayer.exe (delete it from your folder) and then Verify Integrity of the Game Files again?

2. Could you make sure that there are no programs, like an anti-virus program or video recording software (like ElGato or OBS) that are running at the same time? It is possible they are blocking it when you switch from MP to Zombies.

3. Could you try removing your graphic cards drivers completely? Also, if it is a Nvidia card with Geforce experience please try installing without that and without PhysX.

Let me know how that goes.
