Nazi zombie skin not showing up

pre-ordered game and cant find the skin for my gun anywhere

The zombie skin is active only in the zombie coop i guess

what mail are you speaking of, im not sure where to go. email i have nothing and in-game i dont see anything to claim

@Seductive Panda in order to get your Pre-order bonuses go to Multiplayer and it should throw you in the HQ and teach you everything then u will see a Diamond Shape with "Mail" go there to get all ur Pre-order bonuses
