Game Crashes at Startup *FIXED*

So when I launch the game, it pops up WWII and then closes, even in safe mode, any help?
Or someone experiencing the same thing?
EDIT: I'm not talking the main menu, I'm talking about the mini Call of Duty WWII window startup thing
EDIT 2: SP will not get past splash screen, instead says it's not responding
EDIT 3: I found the fix, update internet explorer to the latest version, then restart

till now only the online mp works in safe mode for me (very laggy).

Nope, I've literally done everything they say to do in guides and looked everywhere for solutions. I can't even get anything to pop up when I try to start the game.
- Update all drivers
- Restart PC
- Run game as admin / steam as admin
- Put -windowed in launch options
- Verify game cache
- Reinstall game
- Stop all anti-virus / background programs

Did exactly the same but still with the problem :/

just press alt-tab when the screen is black while clicking on the screen. Trust me, it's just a launch issue for some people getting past the native resolution the game game set so it won't launch

For those of you having trouble with running the game, check to see if your onboard graphics are enable. If it is, disable it. For some reason the game will default to using the onboard graphics instead of using the dedicated video card. Because of this the game constantly crashes.

That being said, the game wil then run but will crash after every match :(

Sadly no black screen, just the Call of Duty WWII logo and the not responding/stoped working window like the description of this thread says

Who am I kidding, the game continiues to crash everytime I try to load a match. dosn't matter if it is Singleplayer, Multiplayer or zombies.

As a side note, when I could actually get the match screen to load (only once btw) I was super excited at seing the "local play" option.

Well, that joy was short-lived when I discovered there isn't an option to add a second human player to the local matches.

Apparently providing the ability for people to play together on one screen seems to be too much for the developers theses days :( WHERE IS THE SPLIT SCREEN???????

Back to the launching issues. It is apparent that WWII has caught the BO3 Update 24 bug. Meaning that for some mysterious reason "Call of Duty WWII has stopped working" even though every OTHER GAME in the steam library works just fine!!!!!

This is unacceptable. How can they launch a game without first checking if the thing is even going to run?

I am going to spend the next few hours troubleshooting this issue. If it doesn't get fixed them I will be asking for a refund.

Such a shame.
