Crashing in Settings menus

Hello,

I can't even start a single player game. As soon as I start going through the graphics settings menus, it hard freezes so bad I have to restart my PC to get out.
Anybody else having this issue?

I've already tried:
-Disabling Hyper Threading
-Compatibility Mode - Win8
-Shadow Maps->Normal
-Screen Space Ref->Normal

Brand New Game Install via Steam

Win10 Pro
Core i7-13700K 3.40 GHz
4090 RTX
32GB Mem
Solid State Drives

Fixed it. Disabled HDR in Windows.
