Fatal Error Code 472.0 Call of Duty WW11

Hi, so just Recently I have come across an issue in the campaign mode of the game. I was playing the campaign mode last night and there was no issue. Except now when I try to progress through the story every time my game crashes and says "fatal Error 472.0" there's an option to click ok and that's it. It brings me back to desktop. upon launching the game after this error. there's a message that says the game was not exited correctly or something like that. run in safe mode? click ok and I get the same error code. I have already tried veryifing the integrity of the games files and there's nothing. I have also updated my graphics card driver and still nothing. Please help.

This could be because of different issues:
*Low free space on sysdisc (you need +35 GB with SSD, more if it's an HDD )
*No swapfile/virtul memory - is NOT set to auto. Win 10 will need this.
*Preload of shaders in Nvidia/AmD controlpanel is off
*To many backround programs interfer with the game. Play with only steam running.
*Low end computer, not set to optimimal and using to High settings!!!

This is general known issues in many games...

Maybe more if we know the pc-specs and game settings....

ok specs are as follows
Amd Ryzen 5 6 core proseccer
Msi mpg x570 edge
Amd Radeon rx580 gpu
im fairly certian that i have the equipment to run this game at optimal settings. I did try dialing down the textures a bit to no avail. but I did fix it I think? I just uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it and that seemed to do the trick. I dont know why but im not complaining I guess Thank you for your Help though it is much apreciated.

I am experiencing a similar problem. Been playing the game just fine until I got to SOE campaign and now the game crashes while playing intro video and displays a dialog box with 472.0. I can still play any of the first 3 campaigns but not the 4th one. Majority of responses relate to changing drivers or updates but the game plays fine until SOE campaign so how can it be drivers. Is there a way to bypass intro video and see if it plays that way?
