30fps or 60+fps in cutscenes on PC?
I ask because I recently just bought this title on my shiny new Xbox One X and Holy Hell am I annoyed! Everytime it engages an in-engine cutscene it drops the framerate down to 30fps with screen tearing and lip syncing issues aplenty. It's a choppy, distracting transition everytime and is already peeving me off.

What's further annoying is to know that it previously had a flawless 60fps experience across the board but with a lower resolution, but they patched in a higher res/lower fps option for the cutscenes that is impossible to revert.

I remember when I played some of the PC version at launch and it was smooth as butter throughout.

I refunded it though cause I only really play COD for the campaign and hence wait for when I can get them for about $20 or less.

I'm gonna have to wait for the PC version to have a sale I think and on-sell the Xbox version cause it's pretty terrible to play in its state.

I mean, I'm assuming they do it to make the cutscenes have more of a movie feel. I don't really care either way, so long as the gameplay is high FPS.

Call of Duty games use cut scenes to load data and textures into memory, that's why they're capped to 30.
