Yeah I can understand that and ideally you won't have to, but while this is being worked on and investigated the workaround is to install MP as well.

I don't want to be poor people buying this game right now, and install only the SP, and realized didn't start after 2/3 hours of download... I hope the game developer will fix this soon
What does someone's wealth have to do with it? Multiplayer is free isn't it?
Yeah it is still being worked on. I'll try to jump back on these threads once there is an update or some news about the issue. At the very least I'm glad that installing MP seems to be a guaranteed workaround.
