Hit markers in single player

There is an option to remove hit markers in single player, but it’s not working. I was hoping this was going to be fixed with the new patch. Is it on your to do list? This is a game breaker for me.

New patch today, the option to disable hit markers is is still not working.

I have the same problem, wish to turn that cr@p off, unfortunately the option doesn't work.
Hopefully they fix it.

i had the same issue. i just dont think there is a solution right now for it. i refunded the game because of that, so if feel you... lemme know if it ever gets fixed!
