There is not any cross platform support for Call of Duty: WWII on any platform. Generally this is done because it wouldn't be fair to have people playing with mouse & keyboard in the same battlefield with those playing on controller. They both handle very differently.
However, if it is something you'd like to request you can always leave some feedback on the COD WWII Feedback forum[support.activision.com].
A few years have passed I was curious if the decision was reversed. My baby brother plays on 1s Xbox and I wanna play on steam I don't own the game but willing to buy if cross compatible as I don't wanna have to use split screen when I visit, I just got the deck and I think wwii would make for a great addition. If it's still denied I'm alright with that but I was just curious
Absolutely not as mentioned km is busted especially if you're like me and make the mouse a keyboard on its own. I have 12 programmable keys on my mouse a triple click key standard mouse utility plus an on mouse DPI adjuster that has like 6 levels intervals also adjustable. With enough practice you can garuntee head hits with this mouse not by cheating but by instant adjustment. A joystick has a standard rotation speed where as a mouse does not. For example I can flick my wrist and do a 360 spin with just 3 clicks in succession adjusting my dpi and a flick in under half a second, but if your on controller your 360 might be as fast as .3 seconds. There's also precision aiming. I can finely adjust my aim by fractions of an angle no issue with a slow move and low DPI whereas you have to tap or super gently move your joystick. Wich is slower then the dpi adjusting and wide area to move the mouse. Movements is probably about the same on either system as all the keys are right there under your hand in both devices y'know?
