Why is it people are expecting anything other than a hacker infested game?

Every Call of Duty that uses matchmaking has been extremely hacker infested. It's very likely that CoD is the most hacked game in the history of the gaming industry.

Even in the so called "clean" Call of Duty titles like the much praised Black Ops 2, there are countless hackers running free without ever facing consequences. The only hackers banned by the devs under matchmaking setups are the ridiculously obvious (ie teleporting players, spinning 360's getting 10-20 kills per second, etc)

Call of Duty on the PC has become a franchise specifically for hackers to enjoy, and it's all thanks to the glory of matchmaking.

I spotted one in a TDM game; created a pretty sizable gap in score that we never ended up recovering from. Reported him on Steam, and he timed out soon after though, so I can only assume he got kicked out.
