Yes, You get to play on D-day as the germans. Its one of the perspective missions. (They have several.)

There are no "nazis" in the game (MP). Its just the regular german army. They took out all swastikas, SS insignias etc. Wouldn't want to "trigger" any snowflakes with real life history or anything.

I don't understand why Activision can't invent the technology to make it so you always play as the Allies, and the enemies always appear at the Nazis.

Cause that gets stale and would mean the devs need 2x the amount of gear.

I don't think it would get stale because in all of the other COD games, you have one character anyway.

As for making 2x the gear...they're already doing it! They're already making one set for the Allies, and another set for the Nazis.
