Ambush 2nd Heroic action

So I'm watching some videos and guides telling me that this heroic action is located in the first red barracks after the sniping mission. I've played through this mission 3 times on Veteran trying to get this 2nd heroic action done and it NEVER activates. I'm in the right location, next to the momento but no matter how long I sit there or run around or totally clearing it, nothing activates. Anyone else having this problem or know a way to force spawn it?

If I remember right you have to restart the level not the checkpoint to make it spawn. Took me awhile

I finally was able to complete this heroic task and I think I crack this out.
You cannot advance or enter to the barrack with door behind the car (one with shotgun). You need to clear some of the nazis and enter the barrach with side door. Then kill some of them and turn back - there should be a heroic deed to complete.
