Sorry to hear you are running into that issue, but have you tried anything to fix it so far? Also, do you experience slow loading when loading up the Campaign or Zombies? What about if you load up custom matches?
I can't tell if you are having an issue with the maps loading slowly or having trouble getting you into a match, or if you are just legitimately joining matches that are already in progress. Please let me know some more details and what you've already tried. Thanks.
i have the same problem in zombie and in custom match, the problem is the very slow maps loading, some people tell me "is the HDD" but i have the game installed on the SSD, so is not a drive problem; i had tryed the most stupid things seen on the web for solve this problem (disable the V-Sync, use full screen, use low video settings, lock the FPS) but no one fix this, i dont know what i can do more
p.s. when i said "every time i join a game, it's already started" this happens starting from the lobby and not entering into a match in progress
Thanks for the response and sorry to hear you tried all of that without any fixes. I would have thought the same and that it might be a HDD or CPU issue, but have you tried to make sure that your graphics card and Windows are fully updated?
Also, when you are in-game could you alt tab and check your processes to see what it shows your CPU load or processing speed at? It certainly sounds like that shouldn't be an issue, but there are always so many different possibilities and it could just a hardware issue with your ram, gfx card, or CPU.

Tanks for the help in this discussion :) i hope someone can fix this soon as possible.
However, I know you've tried many different troubleshooting options already. Let me report up this issue as a bug. For that I would just need to know some of your basic details, like what Windows OS you are using, CPU, GFX card, and RAM? Let me know. Thanks.
GFX: gtx r9 380x 4gb Vram
CPU: AMD Ryzen R5 1500x
Connection:100Mb (download)
20Mb (upload) 9ms (ping)
Installation: i have reinstalled the game yesterday again on the SSD (but no results for this problem)
Thanks so much for the details and sorry for the delay in response. Are you still having this issue? If so, let me report up your details. Let me know and thanks for the patience.
Specs:

Sometimes the map loads and I'm in before the counter, other times like Ardennes Forest and Sainte-Marie-du-Mont I'm in after the timer finishes. Really stranger.
Did disabling vsync have any effect for you? I'm not aware of any specific bugs with vsync like that, but I know it can generally cause issues if the GFX card is struggling for one reason or another. However, with your setup that certainly shouldn't be the case.
For your situation are you only seeing those longer load times just on those two specific maps and every single time? The only clear reason for that would be that something in that map is taking significantly longer to load, but I know SHG did recently address some issues with a similar bug where it would just put you into spectator until it loaded you in properly.
tl;dr disabling in game vsync sped up my load times tenfold
