For those looking for Aim Assist

I’m a proponent for bringing back aim assist, but until that actually happens I’ve come up w it’s a temporary solution for those of us using controllers on PC. It’s the closest I’ve come to being able to actually play decently via multiplayer. Controller sensitivity is set to 4 vertical and 4 horizontal. I Do NOT use ADS sensitivity....and the finally piece to the puzzle is to change your FOV to anywhere between 75-90. My sweet spot is 87. This allows you to zoom in much closer than you normally would if you keep it at the default FOV setting of 65. It’s not perfect, but it helps. Also, I started using a Microsoft elite cotroller and changed the thumb sticks to read INSTANT for each stick. This also has led to a drastic improvement in overall aiming control.

I hope this helps those of you wanting to play WWII on PC with a controller until they Finally bring back Aim Assist (at least I hope)

I've been playing on pc for the past year but went back to console for ww2 and Im thinking how the heck you guys want to use a controller on pc. I'm wanting to get this game for pc just so I can use keyboard and mouse again. Can't stand using a controller now.

What has happened to the latest batch of PC gamers, FPS using controllers whats it come to, a PC gamer uses keyboard and mouse, its how it is and always has been. A car uses a steering wheel to drive, its because it is just how it is.

If players get an advantage using a controller you may as well install a cheat, thats why it wont happen.

Are you aware how many people are building home theater gaming systems to be used in living rooms while on sofas.. Steam even has an entire OS just for this purpose. Get a clue man.

I play on the sofa with kb&m when I want. Works fine much better than a controller just not as easy.

I'm much more comfortable on my gaming chair and custom desk than on my sofa.

Just because you can doesn't mean you should. My old pc is stiiting n beside my 60 inch 4k tv when I want to play a controller based game relaxing on the sofa.
I still don't think (never will) that fps gaming is decent with a controller or that AA is a requirement to pc games.
