I don't have it on PC, but I've done this with Black Ops III before. In your library, click on CoD:WWII. Start installing, but look at the list of "DLC". There should be a tick beside all items. Untick everything except for Multiplayer.

Umm mate, no. Multiplayer is shown as a seperate game in your games library
