8gb of RAM is enough for WW2 its in the settings
check your render resolution and pre t2x resolution set them both to native and should run fine, I was hitting only 15 or 20 fps, now im at 120+

I'v seen so many people say you need 12 or 16gb but its false, preset settings are crap and so are the "optimized settings" do it all yourself
Hey there. Are you experiencing any performance issues at all?

Yes, 100% CPU usage.
Hey Iggy! May I ask for your system specs? Type in DxDiag in your Windows search bar so all that information can pop up and get back to me.

I was until I found online that the 2 settings mentioned were preset wrong in my settings, its running fine now. This could be a lot of peoples problems and they may not realize it. Instead of everything being set to "native" that I mentioned they were set to higher settings.

Hi, I'm getting a lot of lag on cod WW2, I usually hit 120 fps consistently on the first game I play, then it starts to lag very heavily on the next games I play. I even have my settings down all the way down and my resolution but still doesn't help. Also, it takes me a very long time to load into the matches. I usually lag the most when explosions happen or sudden movement. I am thinking that RAM is causing the problem so I ordered 4gb more to see if it helps. Any suggestions?
Computer Specs:
Ryzen 5 1600
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 4gb
8gb RAM 2133mhz
250gb Hard Drive
PSU Corsair 600
Download: 60 Mbps
Upload: 6 Mbps

After I added the 4gb of RAM the game ran smoothly and had no issues with lag.

me either. I didn't say it didn't change the performance. works fine after upgraded to 16GB.
so as you can see from recommended specs, 12GB is may the borderline.

MY SMARTHPHONE USES 8 GB RAM
UPGRADE YOUR PC'S, CHEAP C....TS, TRIPLE A TITLES WITH ULTRA TEXTURES , NOWADAYS GAMES USE MORE THAN 8 GB
PS: If u are cheap stick to playing trash games and f2p games from Steam on 900x1200 resolution, but don't come here on a triple a game forum bashing the game that doesn't work properly on your sh17 computer

Textures are stored in VRAM, not RAM. Mobile apps take up less RAM than Windows applications. 900x1200 is a portrait resolution, and not a standard resolution. So much wrong with your comment...
