WWII Black screen

When i start up WWII Multiplayer or Campaign its just instantly goes to a black screen and it doesnt do anything. i have no fix no ♥♥♥♥ or something i mean it just goes black and i need to close it with taskmanager can someone help please my pc specs can be found on my profile but here are them again:

If you are using a GSYNC monitor then this black screen issue is a known issue from 388, if you disable GSYNC it wont happen, but like me you probably want GSYNC so as the game starts in black screen hit ALT ENTER twice, this will make the game go to window and back to full screen, the black screen should now vanish and you can play away :)
