Freeze on startup

I just got the game, and it's freezing on startup at the loading screen. I have to stop the process manually, so there's no crash logs.

Update: I got it to generate a crash report:

The only reason I know that causes freeze on startup is written in the "Languages" section.

If that is not the case, the only suggestions I can give are to verify the game files and, if that fails, update the drivers.

Have you ever gotten it to work, by the way? Having the exact same problem and the only solution I could find online is some douchebag moderator trashtalking someone's OS installation on the official forum.
