as far as I know, they were both involved in the testing but are not appearing on the show.

exactly so they'll be far away from your troops and if the elephant does decide to go straight back to your army and not escape to the open areas (which is probably very unlikely) then you have time to prepare

Rome 3 Total War not out yet and they can't use Total War: Warhammer but it would be a cool show

Yes, I believe they are using the Napoleon engine (even though the first episode was Rome vs Carthage).

EXACTLY! Just what I needed.
I'll bet they used a mixed engine, taking the best elements from Rome II and later games. I dooo so hope they sorted out the inherent bugs though -.- Can't wait for NEXT!!!

Show just ended. Absolutely bloody marvellous. It's so splendidly shambolic. I'm loving the two opposing teams thing. Really adds something to the format. Starting to warm to the host, he's losing patience with the teams now, he gave them the "WTF are you doing" (or words to that effect) tonight.

This show is all about which team will snatch defeat from the jaws of victory first.
