Nope, only one wardrobe/ closet down there (which I searched before multiple times).
BUT your reply made me restart the game and reload the autosave.
Result: Doll shows up for the first time^^
So thank you.
On the other hand, reloading the autosave brings back the "Get acquainted" option for talking to the tenants.
So yeah, great concept and all, but this game really needs some polishing (and yes, I know, it's a beta and not a full demo)
