How to get arsenic?

So I’m currently in the quest “Patriotic production” where you gotta kill Igna the chemist in name of freedom I’ve seen you can talk to the daughter about her having foreign currency and thus eliminating her via the daughter but I’ve read in the wiki (bc there’s no way to beat this game without investigating beforehand) that another method to eliminate her is poisoning her. It says that you can do it with rat poison or arsenic, but you can’t actually do it with rat poison (I tried multiple times, if someone who can edit the wiki is reading, maybe you can try to change that one bc it’s incorrect) and I couldn’t get the arsenic on time bc the woman who had it, Sarah, the doctor’s wannabe gf, I reported her to the ministry and got arrested so she give me nothing.

Is there another way to get the arsenic to complete this mission? Or am I forced to convince the daughter to kill her mom??
