Can't Use Second Monitor
I have an extended desktop with two monitors:
1) 30" 2560 x 1600 monitor
2) 116" 1920 x 1080 projector screen

The game always loads on the first monitor but I would like to play it on the second monitor. I disable full screen mode in Settings and then drag the window from monitor 1 to monitor 2. I can't hit Fullscreen option on monitor 2 because the Apply button is down off the bottom of the screen. Also, no matter what resolution I set the game to on monitor 1 before dragging it over it doesn't seem to resize properly so I can never hit Apply to change the settings. And the window also doesn't "snap" to the top of the screen like most other windows do with Windows 10. Hope you can get this fixed as I would really like to play this game on my big screen! Cheers!

A- SIMPLE SOLUTION (not sure work all games for you but work for me for this game)
try in disable full screen "Alt"+ "Enter"

B- BEST SOLUTION
ifelse the more simple for you is use this excellent software:

If you don't want buy this software or if you want test before buy it's free in same version (but no key Steam) here: https://github.com/Codeusa/Borderless-Gaming/releases

1- Open Borderless Gaming
2- Open your game in disable full scren
3- Take the window of game in your second monitor
4- Select the name of your game in windows "Borderless Gaming" and use the buton n°3
5- Enjoy your game in Fullscreen Borderless in your second monitor
