Disarm that bomb

I can't find the solution to disarm that bomb... Can't interact with it even if I have many tools. I read all info in the letter box but can't cut anything... Please help

you need to enter correct bomb type and than a dialog appears

You dont need anything just go to the phone and call the ministry. they will send you a manuel. go to the mail box and read the defusal instructions. you need to do that first to interact with the bomb. it will say:
Way 1:cut the wires in the order of red green black blue
Way 2:cut the wires in the order of blue red black green
Way 3:cut the wires in the order of green black blue red

I'm not sure if its different everytime but I tried the first way and it worked. Just go to the bomb after the mailbox and the defuse option should be there.

Sorry to anybody if im wrong but i personally never saw any and I got through the mission. I might have had scissors in my inventory but I dont remember. I'll let you guys know later.

U don't need nippers, first u take the bomb, then call, then see manual, and if u go back to laundering machine u see the bomb and click on it.

You dont need anything to cut it, you can auto cut it. After the call you will recive directions for 3 different bombs in the mail. The physical bomb you will cut is located in the dryer room. You must go there and cut the wires in the order stated for said bomb type. Hope this helps just beat the game and wanted to help people.

Oh the bomb was as a prop in laundry room... how could I not see the big bomb prop like that standing there

just want to chime in here.... You need nippers/clippers if you're playing on the hard mode. Regular mode doesn't require that you're holding them to disarm the bomb.

... My problem... In a hurry to save my daughter from a horrible bacterial infection I ran around and sold EVERYTHING in possession... As far as I know the nippers are only held in one area: found by searching your work desk . So since I've already sold that pair I don't think there is a second to find and the guy doesn't sell them... RIP that playthrough file.
